Why is the clothing not divided into men's and women's?
At Loud Leopard, we believe that all clothing is gender neutral: anyone can wear anything they want, especially if it makes them feel good. As a result, we're not going to label anything in a way that dictates who can wear it.
Where do you ship?
Now shipping worldwide!
However, as of August 22, 2025, we had to pause shipping to the US due to the removal of the $800 de minimis rule. We will unpause once the systems are in place and the process is clear.
Do you offer local pickup?
We do! We are based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and offer pick up from a location in Mount Pleasant! For more info on how this works, please visit our Shipping and Returns page.
I just placed an order, when will I get it?
We aim to process our orders as quickly as possible, but there is also only one person doing everything! Orders placed after 2pm weekdays and weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday (non-holiday) will be processed the same day!
Why don't you offer up to a 5XL in every brand?
We believe in size inclusivity, and try to offer brands that offer a wide range of sizes. However, we are limited to what the brand offers. Some only go up to a 3XL, and some go up to a 5XL. And some brands have free sizing (like Biddell or Hello Darling).
How do I know what size will fit me?
Sizing is made up and not universal across brands or even across products within a brand. That's why, rather than focussing on the size, it is best to look at the measurements in order to know what will fit you.
We will make sure to include a size chart on every product page, often specific to the product as we take most measurements by hand; just check your measurements (bust/chest, waist, hips) against the chart to find your size.

What if you have sold out of my size or don't have the item I want from a brand?
If we have sold out of your size or we don't have the item you are looking for from one of the brands that we carry, we might be able to special order it in for you!
Just shoot us a message about the item you're looking for, and we'll let you know if we're either planning a restock or can add it specially for you to an upcoming order. You might have to wait a bit longer, but you will definitely save on international shipping and duty costs.
If we are restocking the item, we will let you know when it arrives.
If we special order something for you, the process goes like this:
1. We add the specific item in your size to our existing order.
2. We send you an invoice for the item - this is done through Shopify, so it takes you to a special check out on our website where you can select shipping or use the code for local pick up and pay. Like any pre-order, you will need to pay in advance.
3. Then, when the item arrives to us, we ship it to you or get in touch to arrange pick up.
