Shipping:
OCTOBER 14, 2025: CANADA POST ROTATING STRIKE
We will be shipping your orders with Canada Post once again, as the rotating strike means that things are operational again. We will dispatch all orders with our usual promptness, but they could take a little longer to arrive due to the nature of the rotating strike. Please check the tracking for any updates as to the location of your order while in transit.

Now shipping WORLDWIDE! When at checkout, you will get the shipping options available for your address, pick the one that works best for you.
August 22, 2025: Shipping to the US is paused for now.
Local pick up option for Vancouver, BC residents:
If you are within the Vancouver area and would like to pick up your items rather than have them shipped to your address, you can now do so!
Please take the following steps:
- Checkout your order as usual.
- Use the code VANCOUVERLOCALPICKUP.
- Complete your order.
- When your order is received by us, we will get in touch to schedule a time and date to pick up your order from a Mount Pleasant location.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We will work with you to schedule the most convenient date and time at which to pick up your order. If you can no longer make the scheduled time, please let us know immediately so we can reschedule.
- If you do not show up to your pick up time and/or do not get in touch with us within two weeks of placing your order, your order will be restocked and refunded to you in the form of a store credit for the order amount minus admin costs.
- If you use the local pick up code because you live elsewhere but are planning to visit Vancouver soon, please email info@loudleopard.com ASAP with your order number to let us know. Otherwise, any non local use of the local pickup code will result in your items being restocked and a refund to you in the form of a store credit for the order amount minus admin costs.

Returns:
New, unworn garments can be returned in original packaging with tags attached for store credit within 14 days of receipt (shipping charges and admin costs will not be included in the store credit amount). Buyer must pay return shipping, and provide a tracking number. If the garment is not in original packaging with tags attached, the amount refunded is at our discretion on inspection of the item. Item must be returned within 14 days of original receipt of the item.
